My background? Childhood in Starbuck, Minnesota, a Lake Wobegon-like town for those that know the reference. Later, during and after university studies, stints throughout the western U.S. in the general pursuit of snow and surf, rocks, and education… Utah, Montana, Arizona, California, Nevada, and now Oregon.
In 1994, my wife Lisa and I made the decision – in roughly twenty minutes - to move to Hood River. Hood River and the surrounding area is a jewel, with a diverse group of people and a multitude of available activities. Now, an increasing number of years later, I still consider myself fortunate to be able to live, work and play in the Hood River area. I hope that we as individuals and as a community have the collective wisdom to be excellent stewards of this special place.
My real estate record is strong, having completed the majority of my years near the top of the producing agents at Nunamakers. More important to me is the fact that most of my clients have worked with me repeatedly, in addition to referring many of their friends and colleagues. I am far more concerned with representing a property well for a Seller, or finding the right property for a Buyer, than I am in advertising myself.
