I moved to Hood River in 1963 with my family
of 5 children, and was grateful to be back in the Northwest
following 13 years teaching on the Cheyenne Reservation, as
well as Lind, Washington, Fort Benton, Montana, and Phoenix,
Arizona. My husband Cliff retired after 39 years of
teaching math, physics, and weather. Our four daughters and
son are married and living in Hood River or within 1 1/2 hours
from here. Our seventeen grandchildren are a great joy at
our frequent family gatherings.
I specialize in families relocating, and
I love the challenge of discovering a customer's whims and
desires, then matching that with the right home!
Hood River, its beautiful valley, the Columbia
River Gorge, Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood provide exceptional family
living, varied recreational activities and unusual business
opportunities. An hour drive to Metropolitan Portland and
two and a half hour drive to the Coast are other reasons for
many buyers choosing to make Hood River their home.
